Village of Mounds View
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Persuant to due call and notice there f a special
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View
was called to order at the Village Hall on Thursday,
September 29, 1966 at 7 :00 P.M. with the following members
present : Rustad, Blanchard, Johnson, and Lang and
the following members absent : Malvin.
The clerk presented affidavits of publication of
the notice of hearing and attested to mailing of same.
The Village Attorney explained the assessment pro-
cedure according to the Minnesota State Law.
The Engineer explained the affected area by project
number and explained the boundaries.
WATER PROJECT 1965 -1
Water frontage $6.05 per foot
NSSSD Service $174.00 per service
Regular Service $80.04 per service
The mayor called three times for objections and they
are as follows:
Mr. Case School District # 621 -- -they were pre-
viously assessed, questioned amount of benefit.
Mr. Ellsworth Fankhanel & Ellsworth questioned
benefit.
There were no further objectors.

Water frontage $5.05 per foot
Water Service 154.80 per service
The mayor called three times for objections and
there were none.
