VILLAGE OE MOUNDS VIEW
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Persuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View was called to
order at the Village Hall on October 4, 1966 at 7 :30 P.M. by Mayor
Rustad.
Officials Present :
Mayor Ingram C. Rustad
Clerk Lloyd J. Blanchard
Trustee Perry Malvin
Trustee Gary Lang
Trustee Richard Johnson
Also present :
Engineer Sheldon Boehm
Attorney Richard Meyers
Public Works Walter Skiba
Motion by Mayor Rustad to concur with the engineers recommend-
ation and award the contract for Improvement Project 1966-9 (Spring
View Lane water) to low bidders, E. Montgomery Construction Company
in the amount of $1,867.2. Seconded by Trustee Richard Johnson.
The Engineer presented the tab list of bids on above project -
copy attached.
Motion by Clerk Blanchard to make payment of final estimate and
enter into one year warrant agreement with contractors for project
1965- 2(Maintezeneg Building. Seconded by Trustee Lang: 5Ayes
Motion by Lang to adjourn, Seconded by Johnson. 5 Ayes
Meeting adjourned at 8 :55 P.M.
