Persuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting
of the Village Cuncil was called to order by Mayor Rustad on
October 17, 1966 at 7 :00 P.M. at the Village Hai1,2401 Highway
# 10,

Motion by Lang to send work order to the Ramsey County Engineer
requesting snow removal on all Village streets for the 1966 -67
winter season. Seconded by Rustad. ! 5 Ayes
Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution,# 26 adopting
1967 budget totalling $212,719.0n and request -i: the County
Auditor to collect $76,419.00 for tax purposes.
Breakdown:
Total $76,419.00
Civil Defense 1,283.0
P.E.R.A. 5,037.23
General Fund 70,096.77
Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution#262, /ebating taxes
levied for bond payments in the amount of #24462500. Seconded
by Rustad. 5 Ayes.
The attorney was directed to prepare a news release ex-
plaining Optional Plan A Government; presenting it to the Council
at the next regular meeting.
Motion by Rustad to approve Change Order #1 for improve-
ment project 1966 -3, Schedule A. Seconded by Lang. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Johnson- to allow Comstock and Pavis .to do survey
work for Robert Eigenheer. Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes..
Motion by Malvin to adjourn. Seconded by Jchnson. 5 Ayes.
Meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M.
