M. on Wednesday, March 1, 1967, at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota, 55112. Richard Meyers, Attorney, read the notice of hearing as published in the legal newspaper. The Clerk stated that individual notices were mailed on February 9, 196:. Attorney Meyers announced that all requirements for a legal hearing have been met. Sheldon Boehm, Engineer, explained the assessment process. Special consideration of corners resulted in a sharing of corner costs. The total cost of $27,477.31 was then divided by total assessable front footage to arrive at a cost per front foot. Residents questioned if original estimate wasn't $2.75 per foot. Resident commented (Mr. Colby) that it was $2.75 but that this figure was not based on sharing of corner costs. He feels the assessment is fair.
