MARCH 6, 1967
The Special Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order
by Mayor Rustad at 8:50 P. M. on Monday, March 6, 1967 at the Village Hall,
2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota, 55112.
M /S /P (Lang, Malvin) - To adopt the Supplementary Assessment roles on
D.Y. A47, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, and 59, as amended and corrected.

M /S /P (Walser, Rustad) - To approve payment of check #850 in the amount of
$20.00 (Registration in U of M course for Mr. Skiba) 4 Ayes
Discussion of Roaming Wheels Club - not a Mounds View organization.
M /S /P (Walser, Lang) - To deny use of Village Hall to Roaming Wheels Club.
4 Ayes
M /S /P (Rustad, Malvin) - To award Sanitary Sewer and Water Improvement project
1967 -1 to Sanitary Sewer & Water, Inc., in the amount of $66,750.00 and to
authorize the Mayor and Clerk to enter into a contract.
