The Engineer was directed to check on the assessment problem of Paul Indykiewicz
and advise the Council on the matter.
,Trustee Lang reported rough, shabby additions to trailer homes along Highway #8.
The Building Inspector was requested to check into it.
Mr. O'Dell Peterson presented plans for Mr. Larson of Dunkel Builders, Inc.,
regarding a subdivision of 22 lots along Long Lake Road and north of Woodale.
The Planning Commission had requested changes. The Planning Commission must
give final approval first before the Council can act. Assessments for utilities
would require an improvement hearing.
The Clerk's office was directed to check with other Villages on ordinances used
to regulate filling stations.
Residents request concerning a list of property not having paid taxes was
answered by the Attorney. Very difficult to obtain an accurate listing.
