JULY 24, 1967
The Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called
to order by Mayor Rustad at 8:05 ?. M. on Monday, July 24, 1967 at
the Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Faul, Minnesota 55112.

Trustee P. Malvin

Attorney Meyers
M /S /P (Johnson -Lang) To approve the minutes of June 26, 1967. 5 Ayes
Blue Nose restaurant representatives questioned the Council, and it was
established that a special use permit or hearing would be required.
M /S /P (Walser- Rustad) To accept the resignation of Clerk Typist Dale
Jones, effective July 27, 1967. 5 Ayes
M /S /P (Walser-Malvin) To adopt Resolutions #315 and #316 - Lot Splits.
5 Ayes
M /S!P (Walser -Lang) To approve payment of bills as represented by
checks numbered 1636, 1658 - 1699, except #1690. 5 Ayes
M /S /P (Walser- Johnson) To approve payment of check #1690 and enter into
the one year maintenance agreement, Final Payment. 5 Ayes
M /S /P (Walser- Johnson) To approve licenses (see attachment) 5 Ayes
M /S/P (Walser - Malvin) To approve the names of election judges, as
submitted:

Trustee Johnson reported that the contracts for road construction should
all be completed on schedule.
