JULY 26, 1967
A Special Meeting of the Mounds View Council was called to order
by Acting Mayor Perry Malvin at 6:45 P. M. on Wednesday, July 26,
1967, at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St.Paul, Minnesota.
Present:
Acting Mayor Perry Malvin
Clerk Robert A. Walser
Trustee Richard Johnson
Trustee Gary Lang
Absent:
Mayor I. C. Rustad
M /S /P (Johnson, Walser) To approve the variance and Lot Split
of Palmer Larson, 8015 Fairchild Avenue, pending approval by the
Engineer and Attorney. 4 Ayes
M /S /P (Lang, Johnson) To set the hearing on the Gillespie re-
quest for rezoning from RIA to 83 to permit used car sales for
August 28, 1967 at 8:30 P. M. 4 Ayes
M /S /P (Johnson, Lang) To approve the Lot Split for Arnold Johnson
7575 Groveland Road, pening the approval of the Engineer and
Attorney. 4 Ayes
M /S /P (Lang, Malvin) To approve the Larry Dean Ferguson variance
of 7627 Spring Lake Road, and the Dahlberg Builders variance.
4 Ayes
M /S /P (Walser, Lang) To adjourn the meeting, 6:55 P. M. 4 Ayes
