Eigenheer addition bids were reviewed by Engineer Boehm. Irregularity
with Suburban Sewer and Water's bid having 5% instead of required 10 %.
Low bid for clay and for plastic pipe noted.
M /S /P (Rustad /Malvin) Accept base bid #1 by Morettini (low bid) for
clay pipe in amount of $94,373.00.
Comments on favoring plastic over clay and problem with bidding were
made by the Suburban representative. 5 Ayes
