The Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called
to order by Mayor Rustad at 8:00 P.M., on Monday, October 9, 1967
at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112..

Council discussed Greenfield Park and agreed to rent a bulldozer for
$180.00 per week to level the land in the park. Engineer and Attorney
to advise.

and that the Mayor be authorized to sign it on behalf of the Village.
Contract regards installation of a tank and pump and the service of
gasoline by Gulf Oil for a one year period.
Mayor Rustad announced that next Monday, October 16, there would be a
hearing at 8:00 P.M. on a house moving into the VilLue at 7755 Spring
Lake Road.
Trustee Malvin read the police report for September.
Trustee Malvin also announced that Spring Lake Park had written a letter
to J. Jamieson Jr. of the Highway Department in regards to semafores on
Highway #10 but that they didn't receive a favorable reply.
