Attorney Meyers notified the Council of legal action being brought by the State against various chemical companies for price fixing. On Project 1967 -5 Eigenheers 2nd Addition the contractor has requested a lift station manufactured by Universal Sanitary Equipment Manufacturing Company, replacing the lift station originally ordered from Smith and Lovelace, offering a $500.00 reduction in contract price if approved.
