proceed with condemnation proceedings. 5 Ayes
Dean Prguson hearing reopened.

Engineer Boehm presented Adam and William Rybak assessment problem.
Paul Rybak represented William Rybak. William Rybak assessment should
be corrected to only one sewer service.

delete one connection and to reduce footage to 100 feet. 5 Ayes
