VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
The Special Meeting of the Village Council of the Village of
Mounds View, met on Monday, November 20, 1967. The meeting
was called to order by Mayor Rustad at 7:10 P.M. at the
Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112.

Clerk Walser
Trustee Lang
Trustee Johnson
Trustee Malvin
Also Present:
Attorney Meyers
Engineer Boehm
M /S /P (Rustad /Johnson) To approve permanent plans for signals
at County Road H and Highway #10. (State Project 6204 -21)
M /S /P (Johnson /Lang) To authorize the Mayor and Clerk to enter
into the utilities relocation agreement (55610M) with the State
Highway Department.
M /S /P (Johnson /Lang) To approve Resolution #335, the final plans
for Interstate 35W construction.
Emerald Excavating arpeared and requested that their license be
withdrawn.
M /S /P (Rustad /Walser) ,To adopt Resolution #349, Maintenance
Employee Agreement frr 1968, offer of $630 for superintendent
and $560 for men plus $30 towards health and life insurance
benefits effective October 15, 1967.
