Engineer Boehm reported on Mounds View connections to Fridley sewer service -
information requested has been supplied to Fridley.
Engineer Boehm read a report on connections of Mounds View residents to
Spring Lake Park sewer. Connection charges are paid directly to NSSSD,
and a contractual agreement should be made to cover use charges. There
are four connections currently - seven more will connect.
NSSSD use charge on our lines was discussed - NSSSD owes about two years'
of use charges.
Robert DeGardner variance and lot split (8300 block on Groveland). The
Planning Commission recommends the Engineer suggests the Village get a
30 foot easement for a future street. The attorney will prepare the
documents.
Engineer Boehm read a letter from the Water Department of St. Paul
regarding a second rider to their agreement. The purpose is for a
light pole at Greenwood Drive and County Road I. The attorney will
prepare the documents needed.
Request for abatement of assessments was referred to the attorney.
