Another resident requested information on the dog catcher. B & E patrols two
hours per day and answers all calls.
Question on stiffening fines for violation of dog ordinances. It is now up to
$100 or 30 days.
Trustee Malvin gave a report on NSSSD hearings. Thy recessed last Thursday and
will reconvene tomorrow.
Trustee Johnson read the March B & E Patrol report. Patrols are doubled in
April and May. B & E is now issuing a summons causing court appearances.
Rezoning hearings for Robert Eigenheer at 8:30.

Par Ex Homes requested permit to sell mobile homes on the Southwest corner
of Highway #10 and Long Lake Road.

Land is conditionally rezoned B3 from Il for a filling station.
Rezoning hearing and special use permit would be required.
