A Special Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by
Mayor Rustad at 6:50 P.M. on Monday, July 15, 1968, at the Village Hall,
2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112.

Councilman Johnson

M /S /P (Johnson /Lang) To rezone Lot 110 Spring Lake Park Knolls Addition,
generally located 7373 Knollwood Drive from RI to R2.

M /S /P (Rustad /Lang) To notify NSSSD to restore the Wayside Park, utilized
as a STH 10/62 by -pass, to its original condition as soon as possible. 4 Ayes
M /S /P (Rustad /Johnson) To approve Resolution #390 Division #38846 amending
Resolution #384 replacing the DP 34 and 47 apportionments of Resolution #384
with the apportionments of Resolution #390.

M /S /P (Rustad /Lang) To approve Resolution #391 Division #38898 amending
Resolution #385 replacing the DP 56 apportionment of Resolution #385 with
the apportionment of Resolution #391. 4 Ayes
M /S /P (Rustad /Malvin) To authorize the Engineer to prepare the assessment
roles for sanitary sewer and water project 1967 -5 and street project 1967 -1. 4 Ayes
M /S /P (Rustad /Johnson) To adjourn at 7:10 P.M. 4 Ayes
