Councilman Lang's Report:
Residents have complained about the NSSSD excavation, citing blowing sand as
a major problem.
Councilman Malvin would like the Launching Pad parking lot curbed as there is
a service entrance and exit only. Persons are using the lot as a short cut
off of TH 10 onto County Road H2. Walter Skiba will investigate possible
solutions.
The building inspector is to notify Dietz that no permit will be issued to
build anything but a standard garage.
Attorney Meyer's Report:
MSP (Malvin /Johnson) Approving Resolution #392 the third rider between the
Village of Mounds View and the St. Paul Waterworks, and authorizing the
Mayor and Clerk to sign it.

Watson Construction property owner wants judgement not withstanding the verdict.
He appears August 15, 1968. He may be appealing the verdict.

Long Lake Road and Eastwood for the HUD project.
