A Special Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to
order by Mayor Rustad at 7:00 P.M. on Friday, September 27, 1968, at the
Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112.
Present:

Councilman Malvin
Councilman Johnson
Councilman Lang
Also Present:
Engineer Boehm

Deputy Clerk Zylla
Attorney Meyers
MSP (Rustad /Malvin) To appoint Councilman Lang to take minutes in the
absence of the Deputy Clerk. 3 Ayes
Lang Abstained
Councilman Lang read the legal notice and attested to its publication
in the New Brighton Bulletin, September 12th and September 19th.
Lands to be assessed are:
The NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 8 S of TH 10 except Lots 1,2,8,9 & 10 of
Block 2, Eigenheer 2nd Addition.
The SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 8 except the S 190' of the E 640'.
The NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8 S of TH 10.
The SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8 S of TH 10 except the S 958.59' thereof.
