Also excused is Lorraine Bentley, replaced by Jean Miller,

Deputy Clerk inquired about restrictions on milk vending machines. Council stated
there was no vending machine ordinance as yet.
Also inquired as to whether Council would like to prepay $25,000 worth of bonds
dated 7/1/60 due 1/1/69. Attorney to discuss with Andy Fuller of Prescott and Co.
Deputy Clerk stated Village ballots not misprinted as was rumored.

Councilman Lang's Report:
Councilman Lang read Recreation Committee minutes which gave unanimous approval to
the Village - NSSSD settlement for Wayside Park.
Inspector's Report:
Electrical Inspector stated that we should require certificate of occupancy for every
dwelling before persons are allowed to move in.
