Attorney presented releases for Lametti & Sons Inc. versus Village of Mounds View.
Matter closed.
Attorney read proposed ordinance prohibiting the keeping or raising of animals
on private property.
MSP (Lang /Malvin) Approving Ordinance #157.
Jerry Blanchard asked if it included chinchillas. Also if ordinance was the result
of a half dozen calls. Mayor replied he and other members of the Council were
bothered by at least two calls a night some days, plus petitions, etc. Resident
defended ordinance as a remedy to a health hazard. Robert Waste voiced opposition
and argued vehemently against its passage.
MSP (Malvin /Lang) Approving Resolution #406 abating a sewer service assessment
on parcels 59-0410-010-39, 59-1100-140-01, and 59-1100-140-01.

Attorney to report on anti - screech ordinance next meeting. Told Council to keep
in mind an apartment registration ordinance.
Engineer Boehm's Report:
Floyd Snyker will be at next agenda meeting to discuss drainage problem on
County Road H.
MSP (Johnson /Lang) Approving Change Order #1 for Sewer, Water, Street and Surface
Water Drainage Project 1968 -2 Parkview Terrace. 4 Ayes
Well drilling proceeding slower than expected due to rains.
MSP (Rustad /Lang) To accept $2,000.00 cash settlement for Wayside Park from
NSSSD. 4 Ayes
MSP (Johnson /Lang) To adjourn at 10:42 P.M. 4 Ayes
