November 4, 1968
A Special Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to
order by Mayor Rustad at 7:10 P.M. on Monday, November 4, 1968, at the
Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112 to consider
amending Ordinance #67, the zoning map.
Present:
Mayor Rustad
Councilman Malvin
Councilman Johnson
Councilman Lang
Also Present:
Deputy Clerk Zylla
Engineer Boehm
Absent:
Attorney Meyers
Deputy Clerk read legal notice and attested to its publication in the
New Brighton Bulletin October 24th and 31st.
Lot 100 Spring Lake Park Knolls Addition
R1 (single family) to R2 (two family)
Legal notices mailed to approximately 15 parties. Mayor Rustad called
for objectors. There were none.
MSP (Malvin /Lang) To rezone Lot 100 Spring Lake Park Knolls Addition
from R1 to R2, conditional upon issurance of a building permit as per 4 Ayes
Ordinance No, 150.
MSP (Rustad /Malvin) To adjourn at 7:20 P.M. 4 Ayes
