A Special Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to
order by Mayor Rustad at 6:40 P.M. on Thursday, November 7, 1968 at the
Village Hall, 2401 Highway #l0, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112 acting as a
canvassing board.

The Deputy Clerk presented the tally sheets of the three precincts and the
vote totals were checked.
