MSP (Malvin /Lang) To approve general checks # 2921 - 2955, bond check # 1094, and payroll checks # 576 - 592. Request for the use of the Village Ha l.1 by condemnation commissioners to hold hearings with Mounds View residents on new STH 10 condemnations granted. 3 Ayes 3 Ayes Deputy Clerk read petition received from owners of land East of Spring Lake Road, West of Groveland and North of Ardan requesting sewer, water, streets between Spring Lake Road and Groveland Road. MSP (Rustad /Malvin) To accept the petition. 3 Ayes MSP (Rustad /Lang) To order the engineer to prepare a feasibility report, preliminary plans and cost estimate. 3 Ayes Inspector Skiba stated we should now enforce rubbish ordinance against a contractor who's license fee was abated because he only picked up at the schools. Clerk's Office to investigate. Attorney Meyers' Report Ordinance #167 (zoning map) amendments are prepared but 4/5s vote needed. Labor contract agreement will be presented next meeting also.
