VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW

January 6, 1969
A Special Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to
order by Mayor Rustad at 8 :03 P.M. on Monday, January 6, 1969 at the
Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112.

Councilman Johnson
Councilman Hodges
Councilman Blanchard
Absent:
Councilman Malvin
Also Present:
Deputy Clerk Zylla
Engineer Boehm
Superintendent Skiba
MSP (Johnson /Hodges) To appoint the New Brighton Bulletin the official
paper and the First State Bank of New Brighton the depository for 1969.
MSP (Rustad /Blanchard) To adopt Resolution #421 appointing Councilman
Johnson NSSSD Council representative for 1969.

MSP (Rustad /Johnson) To set rezoning hearing for January 27 at 8:30 P.M.
for Red Oak Estates for lands generally east of Red Oak Drive between
Woodcrest and County Road H2. Request rezoning from R1 to R3 and B3. 4 Aye
Council granted Colonial Village Mobile Home Park permission to park an
occupied trailer in the Park while construction is in progress because
of the high incidence of vandalism. Sewer, water and power are in the Park.
