available to the public.

statement from Mayor Rustad endorsed by the Council - To the Citizens of Mounds View.

COUN6iLm n Hodges'' Report
Attended various meetings on the park system of Mounds View and the surrounding
communities and with School District #621. Mayor Rustad thanked Councilman
Hodges for the work that he has done with the parks in Mounds View.
Councilman Blanchard's Report
Discussion on snow plowing and the inability of mail carriers to deliver mail under
present conditions. Superintendent Skiba to talk to County on feasibility of using
the rotary plow.
