Councilman Blanchard asked what size lots would be made? 132 foot deep lots.
Robert Eigenheer, builder, said people don't know the value of their lots. Lots
would sell for $2,000 no assessments paid.
Council discussed deferring the assessments on Visger and Spitzer property
until the rear of their lots is sold.
Hearing was closed at 7:35 P.M. by Mayor Rustad.
MSP (Blanchard /Johnson) Improvement Project 1969 -3 be approved with the
understanding that Spitzer and Visger property assessments be considered
to be deferred.
MSP (Blanchard /Malvin) To order the Engineer to prepare final plans and
specifications for Improvement Project 1969 -3.
