Gerald Tesch, opposed. Who will stand cost of County Roads?
Walter Kastner, 5066 Longview, informed rezoning North of Woodale only.
Arden Wahlberg, 5092 Red Oak Drive, fewer people would want to move into
residential areas.
Developer would take out 30 single family permits before they started.
Mayor Rustad at this time appointed a committee to study Village zoning with
particular attention directed to apartments.

Patrick Ubl, 5169 Red Oak Drive, ordinance adopted yet for town houses? No.
Jim Nerdahl, 7941 Edgewood Drive, police and fire will increase. Will streets be
dedicated? Yes.
Keith Harstad asked what about a J pattern for town houses. Would people approve
the project then.
Mayor Rustad stated that we can't change the proposal at this time.
Diane Williams, 5166 Longview, palatable. Motive money. Our motives residential.
Pat Gammell, 5080 Longview, what type of students would project bring in?
Mr. Copeland, apartments not second class.
Mrs. Jean DiGiovanni, not lower grade.
Roger Nielsen, 2233 Knoll Drive, interested citizen. How many apartments now
and in process?
Don Muller, 5115 Greenwood Drive, moved out to Mounds View to get residential.

Ernie Gustafson, 2525 County Road I, taxes going up up. Home doesn't pay.
Martin Ehrhardt, 5126 Greenwood Drive, wants 30 day delay. People expressed
their opinion.
Mr. Copeland, very obvious not as many people opposed this time and not as strong.
Project not affecting the health, safety and welfare of the Village. Village not
run by committees.
