Mayor Rustad turned the meeting over to Engineer Boehm to explain the improvement.
Engineer Boehm explained the areas to be covered and the cost involved. Sanitary
Sewer at 757 of cost - $8.44, Water at 100% - $7.31, Street at 100% - $10.06,
total cost for front foot $25.81. Sanitary sewer service $171.00 and water service
$150.00. Roy Gale, 8227 Groveland Road, said that he will be assessed again on
the back of his lot, that he had paid on Groveland, that he did not pay on Ardan
and that he was opposed to the assessments at which time the Council had mentioned
the possibility of deferring assessments on his property.
Mayor Rustad called for objections.

Mayor Rustad asked if anyone was for the improvement.
Mr. Robert DeGardner stated that he was in favor of the improvement. George
Payne of Midstates Estates said that he was in'favor of the improvement. Ray Jones
of Superior 400 stated that he was in favor of the improvement and that he hoped
that the improvement could be initiatdddas soon as possible.
MSP (Johnson /Malvin) To order the Improvement Project 1969 -4 as per the legal
notice deleting Fairchild Avenue from LaPort Drive (in Midstates Estates) to Ardan
Avenue.
