A Special Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order
by Mayor Rustad at 6:35 P.M. on Tuesday, September 2, 1969, at the Village
Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112.

Councilman Johnson
Councilman Hodges
Councilman Blanchard
Also Present:
Clerk- Administrator Zylla
Engineer Boehm
Building Inspector Skiba
Fiscal Agent Gubrud
MSP (Johnson /Blanchard) To accept final plans and specifications and
to set the bid opening for Water and Sewer Improvement Project 1969 -4
for 12 noon on September 15th.
MSP (Rustad /Johnson) To adjourn at 6:38 P.M.
