MSP (Hodges /Rustad) To approve the following licenses: General - Lundeen
Construction; Heating - B & M Plumbing & Heating; Miscellaneous - J & W
Pickup Service, All -State Disposal Service, Inc., Peterson Bros. Sanitation
Inc., and Suburban Pickup Service Inc.
MSP (Blanchard /Neisen) To approve the following bills: General checks
#4054 - 4107, Payroll checks #1400 - 1418. Total disbursements $95,865.14.
Also a transfer of $15,796.67 from Revolving Fund to Sewer Bond. Interest
FICB's dated December 1, 1969. General check #4108.
Councilman Hodges' Report
Councilman Hodges stated he had attended a meeting for a day camp program for
retarded children sponsored by the Roseville Park Department.
Councilman Hodges also stated the Lakeside Park Commission was considering
treating 32 acres of Spring Lake at a cost of $1,072.00. They would also
like to get $1,500.00 in additional funds to improve the park. Mayor Rustad
stated that if they needed more money they should have asked in the fall at
budget time.
Councilman Hodges reported he received a call from Dr. Witter of the School
Board asking his attendance at a meeting April 15th at Irondale to discuss
the School Bond issue.
Councilman Hodges referred the Brauer contract to Attorney Meyers.
Councilman Neisen's Report
MSP (Neisen /Blanchard) To send Art Holm to the University of Minnesota
sponsored Water Operators School April 29th - May 1st and pay the $25.00
registration fee and all related expenses.

MSP (Rustad /Neisen) To adopt Resolution #478 endorsing and supporting the
#621 Growth Coordination Committee and providing for representation on such
committee. 4 Ayes
MSP (Blanchard /Rustad) To adopt Ordinance #174 amending Ordinance #124
amending the fire prevention code. 4 Ayes
Attorney Meyers announced that the matter of the School District assessment
appeals will be heard in District Court May 20th and May 21st.
