agent of record, Spring Lake Park Agency. Total premium cost $7,397.12. 5 Ayes
Charles Jackson inquired as to when the building permits expire. Mr. Jackson
complained about the garage across the street from him which he maintained was
a nuisance. Mr. Rustad informed Mr. Jackson that to his knowledge the matter
was still in the hands of the courts.
Mayor Rustad read the Planning Commission minutes for April 21st, 1970.

Hillview Addition for Chester Glisan to the N 89' and the S 76' thereof.

MSP (Blanchard /Hodges) To approve the subdivision of the N 150' of Lot 55
Auditors Subdivision ¥89 for Joseph Jirovec into 5 lots; four 75' lots
bordering on Knollwood and one 150' lot bordering on Groveland. 5 Ayes
