Attorney Meyers' Report 4 Ayes MSP (Blanchard /Hodges) To adopt Ordinance #177 amending Ordinance #98 changing the site requirement in a mobile home park from 3,000 to 4,500 square feet and the concrete slab requirement from 2 inches to 4 inches. 4 Ayes Attorney Meyers announced that the attorney for Howard Thorsen had promised to withdraw his appeal of the $11,000 commissioners award if Mounds View would pay the assessments. Council decided that they wanted to think about it. Attorney Meyers stated that the Ardan Avenue vacation was complete and that there was a mass transit hearing scheduled for July 20th. Engineer Boehm's Report MSP (Malvin /Hodges) To award the bid for Street Improvement Project 1970 -1 and 1970 -3 to Black Top Service Company for $39,198.41. 4 Ayes The bids are as follows: PLANHOLDER BID DEPOSIT LUMP SUM BID Black Top Service Company 7400 West Oxford Bond 107 $ 39,198.41 St. Louis Park, Minn. Engineer Boehm reported that the HUD Project is 65% complete in dollars. Mr. Baumgartner, 7585 Knollwood Drive, inquired as to whether a street light had been ordered midway between 7585 and 7619. The Council informed Mr. Baumgartner that it had been ordered previously. Council authorized Attorney Meyers to check into obtaining options on the Watson property and Jackson farm property at the request of Mr. Glazer.
