MSP (Rustad /Malvin) To adopt Resolution #496 declaring certain lands as
non - conservation and conveying a certain portion of this land (30') for
public purposes.
Council decided to withhold any action on the Dailey Home appeal.
Engineer Boehm's Report
Engineer Boehm reported that Well #5 would be in operation by noon July 28th.
MSP (Rustad /Malvin) To lift the sprinkling ban effective 12 noon, on
July 28th.
