BY ORDER OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL

Village Clerk - Administrator
(Bulletin: Sept. 10 and 17, 1970)
Engineer Boehm described the project and gave the following cost per foot figures:
Sanitary Sewer $12.42 Sewer Service $295.21
Watermain $ 4.86 Water Service $205.20
Watermain 1960-2 ' r;a j ect only $3.55
Storm Sewer (Bona Road) $2.62
Storm Sever (Laport Dr'.ve and Greenwood Drive) $5.67
&ty D,,yle asked about storm sewer benefit on Greenwood Drive. He felt the costs
should be spread around more to other benefited property.
Mr. Doyle also asked who had requested the improvement. Previous minutes reflected
that White Oak Builders had present' a petition for the street surfacing.
Mr. Copeland, representing Mr. Warren Johnson, asked about 'b" ■ spread of the storm
sewer assessment and questioned the cost of surfacing Greenwood versus the cost of
surfacing Bona Road, Ardan A,renue and Laport since Greenwood was a usable oiled
ro -,a p rri.lusly. He felt that the cost per foot Should be lower on Greenwood Drive.
Mrs. Margaret Veno wanted information on stub costs and location.
