he was assessed on Woodlawn. Mr. Visger, 7815 Woodlawn, also objected for the
same reason. They stated that at the improvement hearing they were told they
would not .a L3sessed until the property was subdivided.
George Payne asked about the cost of storm sewer on Laport Drive. He questioned
the calculation of the number of feet.
John Capetz inquired into the dual assessment on the lots between Edgewood and
Bona Road bordering on County Road I.
Porc .* Cope1 nd speaking for White Oak Builders, objected to the water assessment
on Irondale Road and Woadc:ro t for $3.85 per foot. This assessment was missed
in the early 1960's and the error was found when t h-o p:_'aperty was platted.
Mr. Copeland is objecting since too much time has gone by therefore the ViL1:kg-
has lost the right to assess it now. Al s-1 the legal notice did not state that
the assessment was a coreection and in fact it was a supplemental assessment which
should be assumed by the Village since it was their mistake.
Mayor R.;tad called for further objections.
There were none.
Mayor R ;otad closed the hearing at 8:30 P.M. stating that the roles will be
reviewed and adopted on September 28th.
