Engineer Boehm's Report Engineer Boehm suggested that the minutes reflect that the $7,500.00 certified check left on deposit by Petersen - Templin as mentioned in the minutes of December 14th is to be returned subject to the concurrence of HUD and the Village Engineer. The Council concurred. Councilman Malvin stated that his service on the council these last 12 years has been an education and that no one has ever influenced his vote. He hopes that the Council can maintain the high integrity of the past.
