A Special Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by
Mayor Rustad at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, January 4, 1971, at the Village Hall,
2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112.

Councilman Blanchard
Councilman Neisen
Councilman Johnson
Absent:
Councilman Hodges

Engineer Boehm
Inspector Skiba
MSP (Rustad /Neisen) To appoint the First State Bank of New Brighton the
official depository of the Village of Mounds View during 1971.
MSP (Rustad /Neisen) To appoint the New Brighton Bulletin the legal newspaper
during 1971.
MSP (Rustad /Neisen) To appoint Lloyd Blanchard the acting mayor during 1971.
MSP (Johnson /Neisen) To adjourn at 7:03 P.M.
