MSP (Blanchard /Neisen) To approve the 27 lot preliminary plat for White Oaks
Third Addition subject to final approval not granted until after plantiffs
(Red Oak Estates) appeal rights have expired or the appeal itself has been
ruled on by the Supreme Court. 4 Ayes

The proposed 40 lot plat for White Oak Builders, Harstad and Holschuh in the
SE 1/4 of Section 7 was tabled until Mr. Dropps can present a more complete
survey of the area to be platted.
Mayor Rustad appointed Jim Schlichtmann assistant weed inspector for 1971.
Mayor Rustad referred a letter on a proposed league of human rights commissions
and an informational meeting on county purchasing to the Clerk.

MSP (Rustad /Nelsen) To approve the following licenses: Asphalt - Tag Asphalt
Co.; Cement Work - J. B. Jackson Concrete and Masonry; Cigarette - Clyde
Nedland- Mounds View Standard; General Contractor - Bryant Franklin Corporation;
Excavating - Ven Hendrickson Excavating Company and Allstate Contracting Corp. 5 Ayes
MSP (Hodges /Blanchard) To approve the following bills: General checks #4882-
4912 and Payroll checks #1924 -1957. 5 Ayes
MSP (Blanchard /Neisen) To adopt Resolution #515 apportioning the assessments
on Lots 78 and 79 Spring Lake Park Knolls Addition, Division #42853. 5 Ayes
Mayor Rustad appointed Councilman Neisen to the School District 621 Growth
Committee and the North Suburban Sewer Service Board.
MSP (Rustad /Hodges) To authorize the purchase of two Motorola Motrac radios
for the police department with the provision that purchase be delayed if
possible subject to application for state or federal funds.
Councilman Neisen's Report
Councilman Neisen reported that he attended the first meeting of the North
Suburban Sewer Service Board on February 9th in which certain organizational
details were discussed. Another meeting to elect officers will be held on
February 25th.
MSP (Neisen /Rustad) To raise the salaries of Art Holm, Gary Korf, and Larry
Decheine to $778.00 per month, Jim Schlichtmann to $848.00 per month and Walter
Skiba to $928.00 per month effective January 1, 1971.
Councilman Hodges' Report
Councilman Hodges reported that the Recreation Committee will be meeting
February 23rd. In addition all ice rinks have been closed.
MSP (Hodges /Rustad) To send Gary Korf to the agricultural extension division
seminar at Apache Plaza on February 25th, authorizing reimbursement for his
expenses.
