to place a mobile home on his property. He was informed that at this time no
application has been made. The Council decided to treat Mr. Moga as they would
any other applicant upon a formal request.
A motion to approve the preliminary plat of East Oaks Second Addition was with-
drawn pending discussion of whether the Council should require either a cash
or a land dedication as a result of Chapter 842 discussed previously in the
meeting.
