questions.
Attorney Meyers' Report
Attorney Meyers reported that Lloyd Moen has answered the summons.
Attorney Meyers presented a memorandum on bingo summarizing the State law
and Mounds View Ordinance #23. It was decided to amend our ordinance
relative to permit fees, leaving the game limit off, and charges for
Village examination of the sponsors records.
The Mounds View Lions have a formal request before the Council to conduct
bingo at the Bel Rae.
MSP (Neisen /Hodges) To approve the preliminary plat for East Oaks 2nd
Addition subject to a formal application and fees. 4 Ayes
MSP (Neisen /Johnson) To adjourn at 8 :43 P.M. 4 Ayes
