A Special Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by
Councilman Hodges at 6:36 P.M. on January 3, 1972 at the Mounds View Village
Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112.

Councilman Hodges
Councilman Johnson
Councilman Baumgartner
Councilman Pickar
Absent:
Mayor Neisen
Also Present:
Clerk - Administrator Zylla
Engineer Boehm
Inspector Skiba
MSP (Johnson /Baumgartner) To appoint the New Brighton Bulletin as the legal
newspaper during 1972. 4 Ayes
MSP (Hodges /Pickar) To appoint the First State Bank of New Brighton the official
depository of the Village of Mounds View during 1972. 4 Ayes
MSP (Baumgartner /Pickar) To appoint Don Hodges as acting mayor during 1972. 3 Ayes
Hodges Abstained
MSP (Baumgartner /Pickar) To adjourn at 6 :40 P.M. 4 Ayes
