an open case, and has not been transferred to District Court as of this date.
Engineer Boehm's Report
MSP (Johnson /Hodges) To authorize the engineer to prepare plans and specifications
for Sealcoat Project 1972 -20 5 Ayes
Mayor Neisen mentioned that effective the first of the year, a significant change
in Village structure has taken place, which removes Councilmen from direct
administrative responsibility of the Village departments, and channels all
administrative duties through Clerk - Administrator Zylla.
