MSP (Neisen- Hodges) To authorize the Engineer to investigate a complaint raised
by the State Industrial Department which alleges that certain portions of
elevated Tower No. I are not in compliance with the Safety Laws of Minnesota. 5 Ayes
Councilman Baumgartner stated that he was personally upset when persons in
attendance at the Harstad hearing got up and left the meeting room while the
council meeting was still in process. He stated that he wondered about their
concern for what was taking place in their community.
