Attorney Meyers' Report
Attorney Meyers reported that the Chies versus Barton Contracting plus the
Mounds View versus Moen lawsuit are still open matters. The latter being
assigned to Anoka District Court.
Attorney Meyers reported that he has met with the Metropolitan Sewer Board at
which time he presented an objection to our 1972 bill and made a formal request
to be informed of the disposition of the $540,000 in cash which was acquired
by the Board in the takeover of the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District.
Engineer Boehm's Report
Engineer Boehm reported that the plans for street construction in 1972 should
be ready by the next Council meeting.
Engineer Boehm stated that he has received a report from Clerk Zylla which was
submitted by Universal Tank on changing the ladder on Tower #2 to conform to
Federal regulations.
