MSP (Johnson- Hodges) To adopt the assessment role for Street Improvement Project

20 year period at 87 interest, subject to a 30 day prepayment period (Resolution
571).

Mayor Neisen read the Police Report for July.
MSP (Neisen- Hodges) To advertise for bids through the Ramsey County Joint Purchasing
Agreement for a 1973 Police 4 -door sedan, delivery to be December 1, 1972, for trade -in
of a 1971 Ford station wagon. 4 Ayes
Mayor Neisen announced the brush and dead tree delivery dates at the designated
Mounds View burning area.
Mayor Neisen read the Planning Commission minutes of July 26, 1972.
1SP (Hodges- Pickar) To table indefinately the subdivision request of John Capetz to
ubdivide the South 55' of Lot 11 and the N 55' of the S 110' of Lot 11, Block 2
Greenfield Addition as per his request..
MSP (Hodges- Pickar) To set a hearing to consider the issuance of an on and off sale
intoxicating liquor license to Albert Stein in conjunction with a hearing to consider
a rezoning from R3 to B3 on the following described property at 8:30 P.M. on August
28, 1972.

MSP (Neisen- Johnson) To vacate Oakland Avenue from Old Highway #8 to Langan Park
Addition and to approve the preliminary plat for the Mounds View Industrial Park. 4 Ayes
