`ayor Neisen reported that he has received a request from Mr. William Werner, 2101
6herwood Road to pay for labor and materials in replacing his mailbox which was damaged
by a Ramsey County snow plow. The Council decided that past precedence has been not
to pay for damaged mailboxes and they were uninclined to set a new precedent.
