due to the request of Fire Chief Fagerstrom for a 10 inch water line in the Industrial
Park. Schedule B was 20% over estimate because it was a small street job and wet
weather has delayed completion of many projects.
Clerk Zylla announced that the final payment for the Irondale Road water assessment
was received. The parcel of property involved was not previously assessed for water
lateral and the matter came to the attention of the Council when the land was platted.
The owner of the land protested the assessment since his assessment search of the
property showed nothing pending. The Council, in agreement with the property owner,
decided to assess 50% of the amount and the payment received on August 2, 1972
represents final payment.
Clerk Zylia asked the Council if they were inclined to
permanent improvement bonds for the next project. The
