Present: Mayor Neisen Councilman Baumgartner Councilman Hodges Councilman Johnson Councilman Pickar Also Present: Clerk - Administrator Zylla Attorney Meyers Engineer Boehm MSP (Hodges - Pickar) To approve the minutes of November 27th, 1972. Mayor Neisen's Report Mayor Neisen read the police report for November. Clerk - Administrator Zylla's Report 5 Ayes MSP (Baumgartner- Johnson) To approve the following licenses: Cigarette - Donatelle, Inc., Bob's Gulf Station, Launching Pad Supper Club, Fedor's Market, Simon Food Market, Simon's Liquor Store, Inc., Mounds View Standard, Country Kitchen, and Martin Oil Service, Inc.; soline Station - Bob's Gulf Station, Martin Oil Service, Inc.; General Contractor - F. P. L z & Co.; Non - Intoxicating Off Sale - Launching Pad Supper Club, Fedor's Market, and mon Food Market; Sewer & Water - B & B Excavating. MSP (Pickar- Hodges) To approve the following bills: Check #6795 thru 6843, Check #6847thru $6849. Payroll checks #3062 thru #3083. Total $40,064.67. MSP (Hodges- Baumgartner) To approve check #6840, the final estimate A to McDonald & Associates, and to enter into a one year maintenance in the amount of $82,128.80. 5 Ayes 6839, Check #6841 thru disbursements 5 Ayes Project 1972 -3 Schedule agreement. Check #6840 5 Ayes MSP (Hodges - Pickar) To approve check #6844 transferring $4,689.21 from 1972 -3 Fund to Sewer Utility to repay money borrowed from Sewer Utility Fund 10/24/72 to pay costs of 1972 -3 until bond monies arrived; to approve check #6845 transferring $36,130.00 from 1971 -1 Construction Fund per bond record book - 655M to Improvement Bond Fund; and to approve check #6846 transferring $5,378.82 from Special Police Department Fund to pay salaries and other police costs in November to the General Fund. 5 Ayes Attorney Meyers was instructed to draw up an ordinance creating a Special Police Department Fund and Revenue Sharing Fund. Clerk- Administrator Zylla informed the Council that he notified White Oak Builders to either vacate the upstairs or downstairs of their model home at 7090 Silver Lake Road by January 3, 1973.
