A Special Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by Mayor
Neisen at 8 :45 P.M. on January 2, 1973 at the Mounds View Village Hall, 2401 Highway
#10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112.

Councilman Hodges
Councilman Johnson
Councilman Baumgartner
Councilman Pickar

Engineer Boehm
MSP (Neisen-Baumgartner) To appoint Donald C. Hodges acting mayor during 1973. 5 Ayes
MSP (Hodges - Johnson) To appoint the First State Bank of New Brighton the official
depository for the Village of Mounds View during 1973, authorizing any three of the
following four signatures on checks - H.J. Neisen, Donald C. Hodges, G. Johnson,
Dennis S. Zylla.
MSP (Pickar- Johnson) To appoint the New Brighton Bulletin the legal newspaper of
the Village during 1973.
MSP (Johnson- Baumgartner) To accept the resignation of Gary Korf from the Mounds
View Public Works Department effective noon January 3, 1973.
iSP (Pickar - Baumgartner) To adjourn at 8:50 P.M.
