MS (Neisen- Hodges) To accept the bids for street improvement project 1973 -2
and 1973 -3 and to award the contract to the low bidder H & S Asphalt Company,
subject to MSA approval.
The motion was withdrawn after the attorney advised that such contract approval
may jeopardize the MSA funding requested for a portion of the project.
MSP ( Neisen- Hodges) To accept the bids and to note that H & S Asphalt Company
is the lowest responsible bidder with a bid of $51,488.73
